Why ADJ’s Nightclub Expos Will Ensure Improvement For All

Now, I know how hard it is for nightclub owners and bar managers to keep things fresh and exciting when it comes to their lighting shows – and that goes for lighting technicians and designers too. Lighting is a challenging but rewarding business. But while there are plenty of educational events for DJs to attend in order to improve their game, there aren’t so many for you guys; the people who run the clubs they play in and light the dance-floors they play to.

So, it’s for this reason that I’m proud to announce that ADJ, Elation Professional, DuraTruss and American Audio have all teamed up to bring those of you in the nightclub and bar industry an incredible event called the Nightclub Expo. These information–packed days will incorporate a number of lighting seminars taught by industry professionals who have helped design awesome light shows at top clubs, concerts and festivals worldwide. Taking place at two ADJ locations – LA and Miami – on dates in May and June, our Nightclub Expo shows will also offer you the chance to meet myself and the ADJ team, see the whole ADJ range in action, and to be inspired to create wow-factor with lighting in your venue.

Now, I really must stress, if you’re an owner or influencer of a bar or nightclub – or a lighting technician or designer – this is the must attend event of the year! A number of stimulating seminars will give you further insight into improving your venue and help you to explore the potential of video and lighting integration, as well as looking at how to create the perfect lightshow. ‘Beyond the Dancefloor: Creating a Total Experience’ will be presented by our incredible guest speaker, renovation expert and designer Nancy Hadley. A highly sought after name in the industry, Nancy was the featured designer for the first two seasons of Bar Rescue and has also appeared on many other TV shows, including Kitchen Nightmares, Extreme Home Makeover, Tabatha Salon Take Over and Tattoo Rescue. The event will also be a chance to network with other nightclub and venue owners, mingle with ADJ and Elation staff, and to see new lighting and audio products in a first-hand environment.
